Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds apply only to the purchase of a single product. The right to return a product for a refund does not apply to multi-product sets or bundles.

In the event of a return, SABORDS® will refund all payments received from the customer, including return shipping costs where applicable, no later than fifteen (15) days after receiving the returned purchase.

SABORDS® will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer and SABORDS® expressly agree to a different payment method. No additional fees will be charged to the customer for the refund.

SABORDS® reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received.

15-Day Trial and Return Period

The customer must return the product to SABORDS® no later than fifteen (15) days after receiving the order. This period is intended to allow the customer sufficient time to try the product.

The product may have been worn or washed during this trial period.

For returns made within France, SABORDS® will cover the return shipping costs when the customer uses the prepaid return label provided by SABORDS®.

For returns from all other countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Within fifteen (15) days of receiving the order, the customer may request the return or exchange of the eligible product(s).

To make a return or exchange, the customer should use the return form included with the order. This form contains all the necessary instructions for returning, exchanging, or requesting a refund for the product(s).

The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging and must be accompanied by the completed return form.
